Our hams and shoulders are hand-sliced by a ham-carving master. Several hams are sliced simultaneously so that one pack contains the different parts (cushion, forecushion, knuckle, tip…) as each of them provides different unique flavours and nuances. The flavour of acorn-fed Iberian ham in convenient vacuum-packed in envelopes that maintain each of the nuances of a traditional curing process!
