Our hams and shoulders are knife-sliced by a ham-carving master. Several hams are sliced simultaneously so that one pack contains the different parts (cushion, forecushion, knuckle, tip…) as each of them provides different unique flavours and nuances. The flavour of acorn-fed Iberian ham in convenient vacuum-packed in envelopes that maintain each of the nuances of a traditional curing process!
Knife-Sliced and Machine-Sliced
Our Iberian Hams and Dried Sausages are machine-sliced and vacuum-packed in ideal conditions to preserve the flavour and aroma notes that characterise the best Iberian cold meats and our Acorn-fed pork Loin. By machine-slicing we obtain slices with the right thickness for each bite and a similar appearance in terms of presentation.
