The Iberian Cereal-fed Chorizo in Thick Casing is the result of a natural blend with lean iberian pork, natural spices, garlic and Jaraíz de la Vera paprika. This sublime iberian Iberian Cereal-fed Chorizo is filled in natural hog casing and cured for 4 months in our natural drying cellars in Guijuelo’s Mountains.

Origin: Guijuelo (Salamanca).
Elaboration: lean chosen from iberian porks.
Ingredients: iberian pork meat and fat, salt, paprika, spices, dextrose, lactose, dextrin, soy protein, milk proteins, antioxidants (E-300, E-301), preservatives (E-252, E-250). Natural hog casing.
Curing time: 4 months in natural drying cellars.
