Features of the Iberian Products Set:

Set of iberian products composed of 3 half-pieces (500 g) of Acorn-fed pork Loin, Chorizo and Salami presented in an elegant box.

Raw materials from iberian pigs and artisanal manufacturing process.

For the manufacture of the pork Loin, the whole piece is selected and seasoned with Jaraíz de la Vera paprika and natural spices and is stuffed in hog-casing for curing.

In the case of Chorizo and Salami, the process consists of chopping the meats, which are mixed with garlic, Jaraíz de la Vera paprika and natural spices, or with garlic and natural spices respectively.
