Iberian Acorn-fed Salchichon Case | Gourmet Selection
An excellent Iberian Acorn-fed Salami filled with natural large intestine hog casing from our Gourmet Selection.
This half piece of Iberian Acorn-fed Salami is made with the most select meat from Iberian pigs, fed with the best acorns during mast-feeding, and raised in the freedom in our pastures, a quiet place where they can move to make their meat tastier.
The elaboration follows the traditional Guijuelo’s method, where hot summers help iberian pig’s fat to infiltrate within the muscle mass, thus achieving an oily texture full of flavor.
It is an exclusive product with a very careful presentation in case format with the Gourmet Selection label, which represents the highest quality of iberian Julián Martín’s products.
