The machine-slicing makes each cut being homogeneous and perfect. In addition, it is immediately packaged to keep all the nuances of flavor and aroma of a product of such high quality.
This Iberian Acorn-fed Salami is made with lean iberian pork combined with pepper, garlic and natural spices. The process of salami elaboration ends in its maturation in drying sheds and natural cellars.
These envelopes are perfect for any time and place thanks to its easy-opening format and storage. The quality of Julián Martín’s own salami is shown in the reddish and purple colors the product has.
