This piece of Iberian Cereal-fed Loin comes from pigs raised in our own pastures, fed on high quality feed and natural cereals. We follow a traditional curing process with a minimum of 3 months of maturation in our traditional drying sheds.
A high quality iberian stuffed loin with an unmatched taste on the palate. This piece is seasoned with paprika from Jaraíz de la Vera region and natural spices and stuffed properly for the curing process.

Features of Iberian Cereal-fed Loin:
Origin: Guijuelo (Salamanca).
Elaboration: a piece of loin coming from iberian pigs fed with selected feed and cereals.
Ingredients: iberian pork loin, salt, paprika, spices, dextrose, lactose, dextrin, soy protein, milk proteins, antioxidants (E-301, E-300), preservatives (E-252,E-250).
Curing time: 3 months in natural drying sheds.
Breeding: 50% or 75% iberian pigs.
Feeding: cereals, grasses and natural pastures.
Shipping: whole piece (1.2 kg).
