This Iberian Cereal-fed Salami filled in thick casing is made with meat from Guijuelo’s iberian pigs, fed with natural feed and raised in our own pastures, quiet places where they can move to make their meat as tasty as expected.
It follows the traditional Julián Martín’s process made with carefully selected iberian pork leans, combined with pepper, garlic and natural spices and then filled in natural hog casing.
To achieve the incredible taste of this Iberian Salami they are cured in our drying sheds and natural cellars for at least 4 months.

Origin: Guijuelo (Salamanca).
Elaboration: lean chosen from iberian porks fed with natural feed.
Ingredients: Iberian pork meat and fat, salt, lactose, spices, dextrose, dextrin, milk powder, soy protein, proteins, antioxidant (E-301), dye (E-120), preservatives (E-252, E-250).
Curing time: 4 months in natural drying cellars.
Feeding: iberian pigs.
