This Iberian Salami, called in Spanish “Velita” or “Vela” by its candle shape, has a mild aroma and is manufactured following a 100% artisanal process, characteristic of Guijuelo region.
It is a whole piece of iberian salami selected exclusively from iberian pork leans.
The Iberian Salami is presented in a whole piece of 180 g, and it’s vacuum-packaged after 3 months of curing in our drying sheds and natural cellars.
It’s ideal to enjoy it anywhere and in any occasion and it’s easy to storage.

Elaboration: select lean Iberian pigs raised in the freedom of our pastures.
